The program for the April Unit Meetings is a review of and consensus discussion about the LWVUS Federal Judicial Study. This study could not be more relevant today to our mission of Defending Democracy.
This study is different from the most recent two LWVWA studies on Eldercare and Immigration. It is a set of 10 policy briefs on issues like Financial Disclosure, Judge Shopping, Ethics, etc. The policy briefs are each about 2-3 pages long.
