Our very own Lydia Zepeda will receive one of Tacoma’s 2026 City of Destiny
Awards in the Equity and Empowerment category for her outstanding contributions to improving immigrant rights in Tacoma. The program begins at 5:30 p.m. with a community showcase,
reception with refreshments, and award presentation at 7 p.m. It is free to attend.
