About this event

The November 3rd general election ballot will include three initiatives for Washington state and seven charter amendments Pierce County voters, in addition to the selection of elected officials. Carolyn Edmonds, LWTPC Co-President, will discuss the state initiatives and amendments, and cover the LWV positions regarding the ballot items.

Carolyn Edmonds has had successful careers in the private sector as a business leader and a small business consultant, and in the public sector as representative for the 32nd Legislative District (1998-2001) and as a member of the King County Council (2002-2006). Carolyn received a bachelor's degree in business administration from San Jose State University, and a master's degree in public affairs from the University of Washington.
